I’m a Puerto Rican broadcast journalist, a two-time Fulbright Scholar Semi-Finalist, a former Syracuse University Newhouse Graduate Newspaper Fellow, and a 2021 Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow. I focus on covering politics and Latinx communities. I have written for WPRI-12, The Washington Post’s The Lily, Refinery29, Ms. Magazine, The Post-Standard, and LehighValleyLive.com.

I’m also an associate producer for PRX and Smithsonian Magazine’s “There’s More to That.” I was previously a project manager for a Frontline PBS documentary. I’ve done work in broadcast television in both English and Spanish for WPRI-12, the CBS affiliate in Providence, Rhode Island.
